Overview

Hospitality Health ER in Longview, TX is seeking a Valet Driver to join our team. In this role, you'll provide safe, reliable transportation while delivering exceptional hospitality to our patients and visitors. More than just parking cars, you'll help create a welcoming and comfortable first impression.

What You'll Do

As a Valet Driver, you'll:

  • Operate the shuttle service for patient and visitor drop-off/pick-up.

  • Greet every patient and guest with professionalism, a smile, and warm hospitality.

  • Relocate and monitor vehicles as needed.

  • Perform basic vehicle maintenance (pre- and post-trip inspections, fueling, etc.).

  • Keep shuttle vehicles clean, pleasant, and safe.

  • Transport lab specimens securely and punctually between facilities.

  • Track mileage, trips, and maintenance logs.

  • Stock supplies and assist with facility needs when necessary.

  • Report any incidents, safety concerns, or policy violations promptly.

The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and service-driven. Requirements include:

  • 21 years or older with a valid driver's license.

  • Clean driving record and background check.

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Strong attention to detail and adaptability.

  • Ability to move quickly while ensuring safety and care.

  • Clear communication skills (English - read, write, speak).

  • Flexibility to work holidays, weekends, overtime, and on-call shifts as needed.
