Toyota of York is searching for friendly, energetic, Valet Drivers
Schedule: 8am-4pm Monday-Thursday (less than 30hrs/week)
Pay rate: $11.50/Hour
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Safely pick up and deliver vehicles between Toyota of York and various locations such as customer's homes, workplace, etc.
• Communicate with ASMs and customers to coordinate valet schedule
• Collect signature from customer upon vehicle drop-off whenever possible
• Work effectively with other drivers as needed
• Maintain interior cleanliness of vehicles during deliveries.
• Maintain professional demeanor and high standards of customer service when addressing customer questions or problems.
• Contact appropriate associate or department to accurately answer customer questions or resolve issues.
• Retain all applicable receipts for correct reimbursement.
• Use Company provided gas card for gas purchases while delivering vehicles.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Minimum of three-year safe driving history.
• Willing to drive outside of York County to various locations near Harrisburg, PA and northern MD.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an Associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
• Regularly required to talk or hear.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shift.
• Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, push, pull, lift and grasp.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to drive up to 8 hours per day with reasonable breaks as needed.
• Ability to utilize navigation or maps to determine and follow most time efficient route available.
• Occasional lifting up to a maximum of 25 lbs.
