Was dich erwartet
  • Selbstständige mechanische Bearbeitung von Halbleiterwerkstoffen durch Sägen, Schleifen und Fräsen
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation von Prüfprozessen zur Sicherung der Prozessqualität
  • Messung von Stufenhöhen sowie Analyse der Ergebnisse
  • Durchführung von Mikroskopkontrollen, Strukturgrößenmessungen sowie optische und mechanische Schichtdickenmessungen
  • Wartung und Instandhaltung von Anlagen der mechanischen Bearbeitung
  • Kalibrierung von Fertigungsanlagen zur Sicherstellung der Betriebsbereitschaft

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriemechaniker, Feinwerkmechaniker, Mikrotechnologe oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der mechanischen Bearbeitung von Halbleiterwerkstoffen
