Senior Project Manager is responsible for developing and coordinating the execution of live events starting from design conception to installation and post production, all while working closely with company partners and clients throughout the process. 


Responsibilities:

- Management of client directives, budget and schedule

- Oversight of execution of designs and partner collaborations

- Development of site plans and layouts

- Coordination of internal and external resources and schedules

- Communication with vendors and staff

- Development of event timeline and budget

- Internal team management and support


Qualifications:

*Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills

*Ideal candidate has an understanding of live event production processes including:

- Budget management (and Microsoft Excel) 

- Logistics and vendor management, scheduling and process

- Fabrication, theatrical/temporary scenery construction, scenic and interior decorative finishes

- Audio, lighting, rigging, and video elements and installation timelines

- Production and onsite management including AV installations, lighting, rigging, HVAC, Video, etc.

*Solid knowledge of following software applications:

- Microsoft Excel, Word

- Adobe InDesign

- CAD software (Vectorworks, AutoCAD)

*Ability to travel domestically if needed for projects throughout the year

*Ability to commute to the office for regular work days Monday through Friday, 9:30am - 5:00pm

*5+ years experience with live event or theatre management/production


This is a contract/freelance position with potential consideration for future full time opportunities. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
