Job description

Trusted is seeking an experienced nurse for this exciting travel nursing assignment. Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >30 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

• 24 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Adaptive Workforce Solutions Program - Finger Lakes Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Adaptive Workforce Solutions Program - Finger Lakes Health.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

A badge photo for facility ID must be provided for submission.

All Travelers accept to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays.

RTO must be submitted with application for approval. Holiday RTO is not guaranteed.

Must be willing to float at Finger Lakes Health facilities only.

All travelers report to Geneva General Hospital for orientation.

Phone prescreen must be completed by clinician in order to receive offer. Please be aware to answer calls from 520 area code.

Required Skills/Experience: Must be cross trained for multi units (med/surg, ICU, ER), must have BSN & critical care experience.

Required Credentials: - AHA or RQI specifically. - Basic Coronary Care within 6 months of hire.

Preferred Credentials: - Certification by the Emergency Nurses Association is recommended within 2 years of hire. - TNCC recommended within 2 years of hire

Shift & Scheduling: + holidays & every other weekend required. 2 On-Call shifts required per 4-week period.

Floating Requirements: Must be able to float between Med/Surg, ICU & ED units at both GGH & SSMH locations. MS/MST.

7 days maximum time off

2 references required

Proof of identification required for submission
