Duration: 2.5 Months (10 Weeks) with possibility for extension
Job Description:

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN)/Vaccinators to support a large immunization program at retail pharmacy locations. The RN/Vaccinator will administer state-approved immunizations, including pediatric vaccinations, while ensuring safe patient care and accurate documentation.
Responsibilities:
  • Administer vaccinations according to established standards and protocols
  • Assess patients and perform immunization screenings
  • Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation
  • Coordinate with onsite teams and healthcare staff regarding vaccination activities
  • Document vaccine administration and patient care activities in a timely manner
  • Communicate patient concerns and status updates appropriatelyC
  • Utilize systems and technology tools effectively for patient care coordination

Requirements:
