Weโ€™re seeking dedicated LPNs and RNs to join our team!

Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time opportunities, we have positions available for you!

Sign-on Bonus

Full-time RNs and LPNs are eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus when hired for full-time working at least 30 hours per week. Part-time positions offer a $2,500 sign-on for those working a minimum of 24 hours per week.

Position Overview: We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated RN/LPN Charge Nurses to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing personalized care to our residents, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring their comfort and well-being. We welcome both experienced nurses and new graduates to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including meal delivery, turning, ambulating, and providing nourishment throughout shifts

  • Help residents with personal hygiene tasks

  • Monitor residents' health and report any issues to the supervising nurse

  • Document resident food and fluid intake

  • Assist with feeding and serving nutritional supplements

  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of resident living areas

  • Transport residents within the facility as needed

  • Collaborate with nurses and other staff members as required

  • Adhere to professional standards and follow facility policies and procedures

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

  • Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility data

Qualifications:

  • Valid MA RN/LPN license in good standing

  • Experience is not required; new RN/LPN grads are welcome to apply

  • Commitment to providing high-quality care to residents

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
