We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team and help create an exceptional experience for every client who walks through our doors.


The Opportunity

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be a key ambassador for Onia, delivering highly personalized service while supporting the day-to-day success of our boutique. You will connect with clients, offer thoughtful styling advice, develop lasting relationships, and contribute to achieving both individual and store sales goals.

The ideal candidate is naturally warm and engaging, passionate about fashion and travel, and understands that luxury retail is about much more than the transaction—it is about creating a memorable experience.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience that reflects the spirit and values of the brand.
  • Welcome and engage clients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with new and returning clients through exceptional service and thoughtful follow-up.
  • Provide expert styling guidance and curate complete resort, vacation, and occasion looks.
  • Build strong knowledge of the brand, collections, fabrics, craftsmanship, fit, and seasonal assortment.
  • Actively contribute to individual and team sales goals and KPIs.
  • Utilize clienteling and CRM tools to maintain client relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Assist with outreach, special appointments, trunk shows, private events, and other client engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain impeccable presentation of the sales floor, merchandise, fitting rooms, and overall boutique environment.
  • Assist with receiving, replenishment, inventory organization, stockroom maintenance, and product transfers.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Represent the brand with a polished appearance, positive attitude, discretion, and professionalism at all times.
Who You Are
  • Previous experience in luxury, contemporary, resort, hospitality, or premium retail is preferred.
  • A genuine passion for fashion, styling, travel, and luxury lifestyle.
  • Naturally warm, personable, and confident engaging with a discerning clientele.
  • Strong sales and relationship-building skills with a service-oriented approach.
