Director of Revenue Management

The Director of Revenue Management at StayTerra will lead the strategic development and execution of revenue optimization initiatives across our growing portfolio. This role is responsible for driving occupancy, yield, and profitability through data-driven decision-making, dynamic pricing strategies, and enterprise-level collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset, deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to achieve revenue goals. This position will play a critical role in shaping StayTerraโ€™s pricing architecture, forecasting models, and product positioning across multiple channels and property types.

AT STAYTERRA YOU WILL:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies across StayTerraโ€™s portfolio, including shortterm rentals, extended stays, and emerging product categories.
  • Lead pricing optimization efforts using advanced analytics, demand forecasting, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to align pricing and inventory strategies with business goals.
  • Manage and maintain dynamic pricing models that respond to market trends, seasonality, and consumer behavior.
  • Partner with the data science and analytics teams to implement predictive models and performance dashboards.
  • Oversee revenue forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes in collaboration with finance and executive leadership.
  • Establish and maintain scalable revenue management frameworks and SOPs across all regions and property types.
  • Conduct forensic market analysis to identify growth opportunities, threats, and portfolio gaps.
  • Drive structured property recruitment strategies based on demand patterns, location intelligence, and profitability metrics.
  • Manage and mentor a highperforming team of revenue analysts and regional revenue managers.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements related to pricing and revenue operations.
  • QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, Economics, Data Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or business analytics, ideally in vacation rentals, hotels, travel, or real estate.
  • Proven success in leading enterpriselevel revenue initiatives and managing crossfunctional teams.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.) and revenue management systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with property owners and navigating complex operational dynamics.
