Aileron Management, a hotel management company, is looking for a Revenue Management Analyst to supports the development and execution of pricing strategies and revenue optimization initiatives with the goal of maximizing profitability, occupancy, and overall revenue performance. This role assists in analyzing market trends, monitoring performance metrics, and providing data-driven recommendations to support revenue growth.


Essential Functions

  • Assist in developing and executing pricing and revenue strategies.
  • Analyze historical data, market trends, and competitor pricing to support decision-making.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance metrics.
  • Support forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize pricing, inventory, and distribution channels.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align revenue strategies.
  • Maintain and update revenue management systems and tools.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
  • Lead weekly revenue calls, including preparing insights, presenting performance updates, and documenting key decisions and action items.

Requirements
