Job description

Join Vacatia and Lead Market Growth Across Iconic Destinations
Location: Williamsburg, VA

Vacatia is an innovative hospitality company reinventing the vacation rental and ownership experience across discovery, booking, and stay. We’re building the next generation of travel lifestyle products by blending technology, hospitality, and design to create smarter, more connected experiences for guests, owners, and partners.

We’re looking for a strategic, relationship-driven sales leader who will drive corporate, leisure, and group business across the Williamsburg, Virginia markets. In this field-focused, market-facing role, you will identify new opportunities, cultivate high-value partnerships, conduct site visits, and represent Vacatia within dynamic travel destinations.

If you excel in fast-paced environments, love building meaningful client relationships, and thrive at the intersection of commercial strategy and hands-on sales execution; then this is your opportunity to make a high-impact contribution across two growing resort markets.

Why You’ll Love Working at Vacatia

  • Build the Future: Shape market presence for a rapidly expanding hospitality brand across two high-demand coastal destinations.
  • Impact That Matters: Drive revenue across corporate, leisure, and group segments while strengthening community and travel trade partnerships.
  • Innovation at Scale: Collaborate with Revenue, Distribution, Marketing, and resort leadership to align pricing, demand, and commercial optimization efforts.
  • Autonomy and Ownership: Own your markets, build your pipeline, travel between destinations, and lead sales strategy with independence and accountability.
  • Culture of Growth: Join a collaborative, entrepreneurial team where your ideas influence market share, guest experiences, and future resort performance.

Your Impact

  • Identify, develop, and secure new corporate, leisure, and group business across Williamsburg and Virginia Beach.
  • Lead sales outreach through cold calls, presentations, networking events, and travel trade partnerships.
  • Manage group inquiries, proposals, contracts, room blocks, and site visits from initial lead through execution.
  • Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to inform pricing, positioning, and commercial strategy.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Revenue, Marketing, Distribution, and resort leaders to ensure alignment, accuracy, and seamless delivery.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of hospitality sales experience across corporate, leisure, and group segments.
  • Proven success in outbound sales, account management, and closing revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills with clients, partners, and community stakeholders.
  • Experience using CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Williamsburg and Virginia Beach travel markets strongly preferred, with the ability to travel regularly between them.

Join us at the start of something big. If you’re ready to lead market growth, build lasting relationships, and shape the sales strategy for two premier resort destinations; then we’d love to hear from you.
