Teamwork, reliability, and the ability to complete assigned daily tasks are essential to individual success and the overall performance of the housekeeping department.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, dependable, and has a can-do attitude. The Housekeeping Attendant will perform routine and turnover cleaning; assist with deep cleans and special projects as needed; replenish household, housekeeping, and guest supplies; and identify maintenance or property concerns that require attention.
What You'll Do
1. Cleaning & Turnover Service
  • Perform thorough cleaning and preparation of luxury vacation rental homes before, during, and after member stays.
  • Clean and maintain bedrooms, kitchens, living areas, outdoor spaces, and other areas of the residence.
  • Make beds to luxury hospitality standards and ensure linens and towels are properly presented.
  • Restock household, bedroom, kitchen, and guest supplies as needed.

2. Property Standards & Inspections
  • Complete detailed inspections of the home to ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards are met.
  • Identify and promptly report maintenance issues, damages, missing items, or other concerns to the appropriate team member.
  • Assist with deep cleaning projects, seasonal refreshes, and other property projects as needed.
  • Follow established cleaning procedures, safety standards, and luxury brand expectations.

3. Guest Experience & Discretion
  • Communicate professionally with property management, concierge, vendors, and other team members.
  • Maintain discretion and respect guest privacy while working in occupied residences.

4. Teamwork & Flexibility
  • Bring an efficient work ethic and a high level of attention to detail to every shift.
  • Show flexibility and a willingness to assist with additional operational needs as they arise.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Basic knowledge of housekeeping skills.
  • Able to establish and maintain a safe working environment in accordance with OSHA regulations, protecting both the employee and coworkers.
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to communicate in English, desired.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have a reliable vehicle with a valid driver's license.

Compensation
Hourly Rate: $18.50 - $19.50
Estimated Hours: 20-30 hours per week
We build compensation structures that reflect comparable market rates for companies of similar size, revenue, and geography, while recognizing individual experience, performance, and demonstrated capability.
