Thousand Hills Vacations Property Management Group is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inspector to join our team in Branson, MO. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the quality and standards of our vacation rental properties, ensuring guest satisfaction and property upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vacation rental properties before and after guest stays to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and overall condition.
  • Identify and document any damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards and report them promptly to the property management team.
  • Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure timely resolution of any issues found during inspections.
  • Verify that all property amenities and appliances are in working order and meet company standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, including photos and detailed notes.
