For Part-Time Minimum 3 days available required

About Host Boise

Host Boise is a locally owned short-term rental management company focused on exceptional guest experiences. We specialize in professional turnovers, hotel-quality linens, and spotless homes that consistently earn 5-star reviews. Our cleaners are the backbone of that experience — and we treat them like it.
If you take pride in your work, notice the details others miss, and want steady, fairly paid work with a growing company, we’d love to meet you.
This is W-2 employment — not contract or gig work.
What You’ll Do
  • Professionally clean and reset short-term rental homes between guest stays
  • Change and launder linens, remake beds, and restock supplies
  • Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas to Host Boise standards
  • Perform light deep-cleaning and inventory restocking as needed
  • Report damage, missing items, or maintenance concerns
  • Manage your time independently to meet check-in deadlines
Schedule & Availability
  • Availability between 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM is required

  • Some days may start earlier or end later, depending on workload
  • Must be able to work most Sundays

  • Typical hours: 20–40 hours/week
Pay & Compensation

  • Cleaning assignments start at $16/hour with performance bonuses available after training is complete (around week 2)

  • Most efficient cleaners earn $18–$22/hour within their first month

  • Top performers earn up to $26/hour

  • Paid bi-weekly via direct deposit or check

Benefits & Perks
  • Paid training & on-the-job support
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Employee discounts
  • Referral bonuses
  • Opportunities for advancement as the company grows
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Physically able to lift, bend, walk stairs, and carry supplies
  • Positive attitude and clear communication
  • Prior cleaning or hospitality experience is a plus — training provided

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
  • Smartphone for scheduling and updates
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
