YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
  • You drive revenue growth by improving IRPD performance, optimizing fleet utilization, and managing non-revenue operations efficiently
  • You lead and develop high-performing teams by coaching managers, addressing performance gaps, and building a strong leadership pipeline

YOUR SKILLS MATTER
  • Experience and Education You hold a Bachelor's degree with at least 2 (junior) or 3 (senior) 3 years of experience in sales and customer service, plus 2 years in a supervisory role (or 5 years' work experience without a degree, including 2 years as a manager in car rental) of relevant experience.
  • Supervisory and Communication) You possess good supervisory skills, strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate in other languages (as a plus), and have exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
