At Mobile Air & Power Rentals, we provide innovative cooling, heating, dehumidification, and power solutions for our customers nationwide. We rent out a vast array of equipment, including portable air conditioners, chillers, heaters, and generators, helping clients save time and money while enhancing their operations and memorable events.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Parts & Service Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

What You'll Do:

  • Issue Purchase Orders for all parts and service work as directed
  • Receive PO lines against Vendor Invoices
  • Email/call vendors for parts pricing/availability
  • Assure all transactions are timely and accurate
  • Maintain Sharepoint files
  • Invoice customers as directed by management for equipment damages
  • Update ERP with asset maintenance progress for high level visibility
  • Assist with tracking Power Team service orders, parts allocation, vendor repairs, and equipment moves
  • Heavy internal communication with Power Team Leaders as well as Regional and Local Operations teams in regard to equipment repairs and maintenance
  • Other related duties as assigned

We're looking for the following skills/experience:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Requires computer proficiency, including internet, e-mail, ERP, MS Word and Excel, and other various software as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Candidate must be detail-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environment, willing to take ownership of tasks, possess a positive attitude, and exhibit professional written and verbal communication skills.

Work Schedule:

  • This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
  • Specific hours may vary based on business needs.
  • Evening and weekend work may be necessary during peak seasons. Eligible hours worked may qualify for overtime and double-time pay rates.
