Job description

Park City Lodging has distinguished itself as a leader in quality vacation rental and home management services. Established in 1984, today we manage 12 homeowner associations and 250 nightly rental properties located in Old Town Park City, Deer Valley, Park City and Canyons ski resorts. Come join our team of seasoned professionals, celebrating 40 years of expertise in the hospitality industry.



Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

Act as primary point of contact for homeowners, addressing all concerns and inquiries promptly and effectively

Foster and maintain positive relationships with homeowners

Create proforma/rental projections for potential new properties

Oversee contract process and logistics

Analyze and understand market trends, attend weekly revenue meetings, and coordinate with homeowners on best practices to improve nightly rate income.

Perform yearly property ratings and coordinate with team members to recommend and fulfill property improvements; including working with contractors to acquire bids for remodels and renovations. Make recommendations for furniture upgrades.

Review monthly owner statements for accuracy in description of work performed and billing.

Collaborate with realtors when properties are listed for sale
