The Les Richeloises residence is looking for a rental agent to fill a full-time position Flexible hours. GENERAL ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Make an appointment Manage customer information requests Update the various administrative forms Produce rental activity reports and proceed with renewal requests, as needed Prepare pockets to give to customers Carry out visits and negotiate rental contracts Write the rental agreement Respond to the needs of tenants in the building courteously, quickly and efficiently EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software (an asset) BENEFITS : Free parking To discuss Sick leave and family obligations Mobile holidays Social leave Vacation Human approach to management Stimulating challenges, up to your ambitions!
