Summary

Part of the Operations Team, the Account Representative (Inside Sales) role is a great opportunity to demonstrate your sales skills and abilities for problem-solving in order to help us increase our number of customers on the demand-side (Renters). Who are we looking for? Someone who is natural at selling, dynamic, empathetic, passionate about helping people become customers, and enjoys negotiating to offer the best win-win situation for our customers and us. Your primary focus will be bringing on new renters that fir out renter criteria, and you'll use your skills in inbound calls, outbound calls, emailing, and driving internal processes to set up our customers for success.

Your role

  • Use selling skills and relationships to convert leads (people looking for storage) into Sharebee active renters;
  • Clearly communicate the value of Sharebee and its newest products to prospects
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals
  • Partner with our onboarding teams to make renter move-ins as smooth as possible
  • Help us identify and build best practices for your sales team and others
  • Act as an ambassador of Sharebee's mission, brand, and product
  • Communicate constantly with prospects via email and phone

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in a sales or account manager role

Good to have

  • Bachelor's degree from a high caliber university with a strong track record of leadership and collaboration
  • Experience with the Self-Storage industry
  • Experience with the Moving industry
