The Destination Willamette family of Lifestyle Properties and PinotCar is growing and seeking a dynamic, hard-working individual to join our team as our Property Care and Inspection Specialist. We are known as the area’s first and only premier vacation rental management company, as well as one of the area’s top transportation services in the Willamette Valley, and have established a reputation of exceptional and personalized customer service for both our guests and homeowners. Position Summary

As a Housekeeping Team Member at Lifestyle Properties, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our rental properties are impeccably clean, sanitized, and prepared for our valued guests. Your attention to detail and commitment to following company guidelines will be essential in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for every visitor. You will work collaboratively with other team members to efficiently tackle daily cleaning schedules and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout our properties. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the laundry process, ensuring all linens are properly washed, folded, and stored, ready for distribution to our rental units.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure rental properties are cleaned and readied for the next guest per all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

    • In accordance with the daily schedule, and working along with other Housekeeping Team members, follow all applicable guidelines and standards to fully clean, sanitize, and otherwise prepare the rental property for occupancy after guest departures.

  • Ensure all linens (sheets, bedspreads, towels, etc) are cleaned, washed, folded, and stored in the company laundry and prep room ready for distribution to rental properties.

    • This includes sorting of dirty laundry returned from rental properties, stain treated any pieces that require treatment, loading of machines, flipping laundry from washers to dryers, and folding all clean and dried laundry.

  • Frequently required to stand and walk, climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl.

  • Exposure to outside weather conditions, and icy and slippery surfaces.

  • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with additional help from fellow team members.

  • Work van, equipment and supplies provided.

Qualifications
  • Hospitality housekeeping experience (Hotels, Motels, or Vacation Rentals)

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $15 - 18 an hour

Bonus: Discretionary annual and seasonal bonuses
