Job description

Supporting Students where faith and formation meet.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and student-focused part-time Coordinator of Financial Aid to support our Seminary and Graduate Theology programs. This vital role manages the administration of the Federal Work-Study program and ensures students have the necessary resources and specialized support - including guidance for international students - to pursue their vocations.

Primary Duties & Responsiblities:

  • Implement and monitor student billing and collections for theological programs
  • Maintain strict adherence to Title IV regulations and instituitional policies, assisting with audits and state/federal reporting
  • Serve as a point of contact for payment of VA education benefits and reporting

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong organizational, analytical, computer, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Self-starter who can mulit-task, maintain strict confidentiality, and demonstrate sensitivity to a diverse studeent population
  • Willing to work 24 hours a week
  • Prior experience in higher education finiancial aid office is a plus
