This position operates within a fully remote telehealth framework, allowing flexibility and accessibility for both counselors and clients in Calvary, Georgia, and beyond. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations for all incoming clients to tailor appropriate treatment plans that align with their individual challenges and goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups using a range of modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
• Engage in regular collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to coordinate a holistic care approach for clients.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records in line with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Stay updated with the latest in mental health research and practices by participating in workshops, training sessions, and continuous education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will work with vary widely in background and challenges, including those dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and relationship issues. You will provide support to individuals across different age groups and socio-economic backgrounds, focusing on interventions that are tailored to meet their specific needs.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience offering counseling services, especially in clinical settings.
• Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines, counseling practices, and relevant state regulations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building trust and rapport with diverse client populations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team in a virtual setup.

Preferred Experience
