Vital Essence Acupuncture is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Acupuncturist to join our team in Norfolk, Virginia. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work onsite in our outpatient office, where you will provide quality acupuncture services to a diverse patient population. Your work will take place within our welcoming outpatient office located in Norfolk, VA, an area well-known for its vibrant community and supportive environment for holistic health practices. • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs, including accurate diagnosis and evaluation of health concerns.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that may include acupuncture, cupping, and other traditional Chinese medicine techniques.
• Engage with patients to explain treatments clearly, making them feel safe and comfortable during their sessions.
• Manage a busy schedule to accommodate multiple patients per hour, demonstrating exceptional time management skills.
• Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure cohesive care strategies that enhance patient outcomes.
• Remain open to learning new techniques and protocols in acupuncture to better serve our patient population.
• Foster a positive and confident disposition that encourages a welcoming atmosphere for our patients.

• A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Graduation from an accredited acupuncture school.
• Certification from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
• Possession of an active acupuncture license in the State of Virginia.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in an acupuncture setting.
• Proven ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team.

Compensation for this position is competitive and ranges from USD 26 to 29 per hour, reflecting your expertise and dedication.
