Integrative Medicine Physician

Location: Santa Rosa, CA

Job Type: Part-time (16-24 hours weekly)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, collaborative, and mission-driven physician to help lead the next era of a longstanding integrative and regenerative medicine clinic in Santa Rosa, California. This is not simply a staffing role. We are seeking a versatile and compassionate in-person physician interested in helping shape and grow a modern integrative clinic focused on whole-person care, innovation, longevity, and regenerative medicine.

The clinic has an established patient base, operational infrastructure, infusion capabilities, and strong expansion potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including detailed medical histories and physical examinations, to identify health concerns and wellness goals.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans integrating conventional medical practices with evidence-based complementary therapies such as nutrition, mind-body techniques, and herbal medicine.

  • Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, health coaching techniques, and self-care practices to support long-term wellness.

  • Stay current with emerging research in integrative medicine, clinical trials, and innovative treatment modalities to continually enhance patient care.

  • Provide guidance on medication management, including the safe use of supplements and herbal therapies within scope of practice.

  • Collaborate with clinic staff to support practice growth and patient-centered care initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Medical degree from an accredited institution.

  • Valid California physician license.

  • Experience in integrative or holistic medicine preferred.

  • Knowledge of oxidation therapy, peptides, and stem cell therapies preferred; training available.

  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, physiology, and clinical research methodologies related to integrative health approaches.
