Part-Time Autonomous Nurse Practitioner (Joint Injection Experience Preferred)

Schedule: One day a week to start, approximately 8 hours.ย 
White Sands Integrative Medical is a patient-centered integrative healthcare practice dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal wellness through comprehensive, evidence-based treatment approaches. We combine traditional medical care with innovative therapies to address the root causes of illness and improve quality of life.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Autonomous Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team in Fort Walton Beach. The ideal candidate will have experience performing musculoskeletal evaluations and joint injections and be comfortable practicing independently while collaborating with our multidisciplinary team.
ย Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and follow-up visits
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Perform trigger point injections and ultrasound guided joint injections (PRP and Wharton's Jelly Stem Cell), including knee, shoulder, hip, and other musculoskeletal procedures
Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with integrative medicine principles
Order, interpret, and review diagnostic testing and laboratory results
Educate patients on treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the electronic health record
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to optimize patient outcomes
Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations
Qualifications
Current Florida Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
Florida Autonomous Practice certification preferred
Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
Demonstrated experience performing joint injections independently
Strong musculoskeletal assessment and clinical decision-making skills
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Experience in integrative, functional, regenerative, or primary care medicine is preferred
Ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of patient care
In office training will be available for physical examinations (orthopedic tests, etc.).

Joint injection certification available if needed.

Ultrasound-guided injections
Orthopedic or sports medicine experience
Functional or integrative medicine training
Experience with regenerative medicine therapies such as PRP and biologics (preferred but not required)
