Administrative Coordinator, Graf Center PT Days

Job Summary:
The Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the Graf Center for Integrative Medicine, including administrative support for integrative, wellness, and concierge medicine services. This role supports front desk operations, insurance workflows, appointment coordination, and patient experience initiatives, while also assisting with select concierge medicine functions that emphasize personalized service coordination, high-touch communication, and continuity of care. Services supported may include massage, acupuncture, nutritional counseling, concierge wellness offerings, workshops, and other integrative programs. Responsibilities include providing administrative and clerical support across programs, maintaining patient databases, assisting with special events, supporting retail operations, and contributing to a seamless, patient-centered experience.

Status: Part-time (minimum 24 hours per week) benefits eligible

Job Essentials:
  • Knowledge of insurance benefits and coding
  • Minimum of 2 years (2) medical / hospital, medical office, or wellness center experience required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office products required
  • Direct patient and physician experience preferred
  • A working knowledge or interest in holistic wellness a plus
  • Previous experience with EPIC and Athena a plus

Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • College degree preferred
