About the Unit

Our integrative medicine team combines traditional and holistic treatment options to help with illness, optimize overall health, and promote well-being. Our services can help those living with chronic pain, anxiety, insomnia, GI issues, or those who are undergoing cancer treatment.

Scope of Work

To provide safe, knowledgeable massage to patients, survivors, caregivers, staff and the general public within the scope of practice. Applies general and specialized massage techniques. To complete all required documentation for each massage. Maintain a clean, and properly stocked treatment room.


Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Successful completion of entry level massage school, and willingness to complete Corewell Health's Oncology/Hospital Massage Program.
  • LIC-Massage Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire
