Job Summary for UX Content Writer (Fully Remote, 6+ Months)
- Write clear, user-focused UX content for complete user journeys, including primary flows, edge cases, empty states, and error/validation messages.
- Ensure all messaging is production-ready, aligns with design system/content guidelines, and is delivered within sprint cycles.
- Own creation and refinement of error states, validation, and system feedback messaging to clearly guide users.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to identify and fill messaging gaps across products and features.
- Maintain consistency and clarity of messaging across multiple products and platforms, adapting content as needed while upholding shared tone and terminology.
- Clearly document UX content for design specifications, developer handoff, and future reuse, ensuring records are up-to-date and accessible.
- Actively participate in sprint planning and ceremonies, managing workload across concurrent projects to meet delivery expectations.
- Deliver high-quality content that requires minimal rework and ensures no unclear or missing messaging at handoff.
- Work in a fast-paced, partner-driven environment, balancing speed and quality to meet deadlines.
- Must have prior experience in a similar UX writing role or possess relevant knowledge, education, and skills to fulfill these responsibilities.
