Position Overview
The EOE is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to support critical enterprise initiatives. This role requires a strategic design professional who can understand business objectives, user needs, and technical constraints to create intuitive, scalable, and user-centered digital experiences.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and vendors to design responsive applications, improve user journeys, and establish enterprise design standards. This individual will help shape the overall user experience strategy while maintaining consistency through a robust design system and component library.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead UX and UI design efforts for enterprise applications and digital solutions.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows, and journey maps.
  • Develop responsive, accessible, and user-friendly experiences across web and mobile platforms.
  • Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, usability studies, and feedback sessions.
  • Translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences and interface designs.
  • Refine, maintain, and expand the enterprise design system and reusable component library.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, product teams, developers, and leadership throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Evaluate and enhance vendor-delivered designs and recommend improvements.
  • Facilitate design workshops and design-thinking sessions.

  • 5+ years of UI/UX design experience supporting enterprise applications.
