Location: Austin TX / Hybrid role
Duration: Full time / Direct Hire
Client is looking for a great Lead UX/UI Designer who leads the team that designs the Mobile and Web applications. Together with the team, you create wireframes for web, mobile and desktop applications, create detailed designs for new features and design how new features should work from a user perspective.
Responsibilities include:
  • You are responsible for and come up with style guides and documents to standardize UI elements.
  • You will test the new software to verify if its working and designing as expected and verify if new developed software is actually improving the user experience.
  • You will take the lead and lead the team in all the UX/UI activities and also do other product management activities and research customer behavior and needs via interviews and analyzing usage data.

Desired Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience or more in designing and developing UX/UI for software
  • Experience designing UI for web, mobile and desktop applications
  • Experience gathering requirements and understanding the problems
  • Experience figuring out how to solve the user problem without too much effort is something you enjoy doing.
  • HTML, CSS and JavaScript knowledge
  • Experience Manage a lot of stakeholders at the same time
  • Exceptional communication skills and know how to present
  • Team player and enjoy working at the office at least 2 times a week to spare time with your colleagues face to face
  • Strong personality and can discuss your view on designs
