Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a User Experience Senior Manager in Atlanta, GS.
Core Responsibilities:
* Own end-to-end design execution for assigned communications team(s)
* Deliver communication designs from concept through completion
* Manage iteration within defined design guardrails (principles and design system)
* Partner closely with Product and Engineering on a day-to-day basis
* Improve processes and ways of working within the balanced team model
* Surface execution insights and risks upstream, particularly related to consistency and user experience
* Apply and reinforce established design direction, standards, and principles
* Contribute to maintaining and evolving the design system
REQUIREMENTS:
Communication Design Expertise:
* 4+ years of Communication Design experience (required)
* Strong attention to visual and written detail to drive consistency and clarity across touchpoints
Expertise in:
* Information hierarchy for short-form messaging
* Accessibility for readable and usable written experiences
* Strong written English proficiency (grammar, editing, and concise writing) (required)
* Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, customer-friendly language
* Strong Content QA skills, including edge-case review
UX & Conversation Design:
* 2+ years of UX Design experience
Experience with:
* Information architecture for messaging flows and decision paths
* Journey mapping (notifications, follow-ups, lifecycle comms)
* Prototyping and testing communication patterns
* Design system application and pattern reuse
* Conversation Design (voice/AI) experience (preferred but not required)
Tools & Collaboration:
* Strong collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders
* Proficiency in Figma (required) or comparable design tools
* Experience with Dyspatch (required) or similar email template management platforms
* Knowledge of common email client rendering engines
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
