Our client, a leading enterprise in the retail and consumer commerce industry, is seeking a talented User Experience (UX) Designer to join their digital product team. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex user problems through thoughtful, intuitive design.
As a User Experience Designer, you will independently lead design initiatives within a defined product area, delivering high-quality, end-to-end user experiences. You will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business objectives, user needs, and technical requirements into impactful digital solutions. Job Description
Product Design Execution
  • Own and deliver end-to-end UX design for product features and initiatives.
  • Create key design artifacts, including:
    • User flows
    • Wireframes
    • High-fidelity user interface designs
    • Interactive prototypes
  • Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into effective design solutions.
  • Deliver production-ready design specifications to support development and implementation.
  • Ensure consistency through adherence to established design systems and scalable UX patterns.
Interaction Design & User Experience
  • Design intuitive interaction patterns for moderately complex user journeys and workflows.
  • Develop information architecture for multi-step experiences.
  • Apply journey mapping and systems thinking to create cohesive end-to-end user experiences.
  • Incorporate accessibility and inclusive design principles throughout the design process.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver solutions.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and design reviews.
  • Clearly communicate design decisions using user insights, business objectives, and data-driven rationale.
  • Contribute to product discussions, prioritization efforts, and tradeoff decisions.

  • Experience creating user journeys, user flows, and information architecture.

  • Experience producing high-fidelity designs and development-ready design specifications.
  • Experience working within established design systems and reusable component libraries.
  • Hands-on experience creating prototypes for concept validation and stakeholder alignment.

  • Experience working within Agile product development teams alongside Product Management and Engineering.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
