This role requires collaboration across cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions informed by user research and data analysis. You will oversee user discovery, usability testing, and prototyping efforts while managing stakeholder relationships to align design initiatives with business goals. Your leadership will foster continuous improvement, ensuring scalable, user-centered design solutions that deliver measurable value and elevate the overall customer experience.

What you'll do:
  • Lead user experience design initiatives by conducting user research, interviews, and site visits to gather actionable insights.
