Job description

Work Schedule:

Part-time, 75% FTE, 30 hours/week. 8-hour day shifts. Shifts are scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of department.

We are seeking a Physical Therapist - to:

  • Evaluate and treat patients in a Sports Rehab setting

  • Work in Sports-specific rehab for competitive athletes, tactical athletes (police, fire, military), aging athletes and post operative recovery

  • Potential opportunities to work in sports specialty clinics (runners, golfers, throwers, swimmers, dancers clinics are just a few)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy Required

Work Experience

  • 2 years of prior relevant experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

  • Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months Required
