Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Print Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating more than one printing machines to produce high-quality direct acrylic prints, vinyl prints and application onto acrylic panels while ensuring adherence to safety standards and production specifications.

Requirements:
  • Multi-tasking; manage multiple machines efficiently while maintaining quality checks on parts.
  • Basic maths skills; for accurate measurements and calculations.
  • Computer literacy; to log parts, track jobs, and manage production data.
  • Ability to work independently; manage time and responsibilities effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Previous warehouse experience; familiarity with production or manufacturing environments.
  • Problem solving skills

Candidates must meet the position requirements and demonstrate a willingness to perform daily tasks with care, consistency, and professionalism. We will provide some training individualized to our business.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate direct print and vinyl printer with precision and efficiency to meet production goals.
  • Application of vinyl prints onto acrylic panels accurately and ensure correct material handling.
  • Use computer-based manufacturing and inventory software systems to accurately log data.
  • Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting of print machines.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised work area.

Qualifications
  • Excellent understanding of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with commercial printing processes is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

This is a warehouse position where you will spend most of your time on your feet, handling acrylic materials of various sizes.
