GoldLeaf Print & Packaging is seeking a dependable and motivated Digital Print Machine Operator to join our growing team. This position works closely with multiple departments to produce high-quality packaging products for a wide variety of industries including cosmetics, food & beverage, cannabis, pet products, and more.

We are looking for someone with prior experience in a print production environment and some finishing and/or label press experience is required.

Schedule

  • Mondayโ€“Friday
  • 8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM
  • Some opportunity for, and occasional mandatory, overtime

Position Overview

The Digital Print Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining print and finishing equipment in a production environment. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to producing quality products efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation

  • Set up and operate digital print and finishing equipment according to job specifications
  • Feed raw materials and monitor production processes
  • Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency

Quality Control

  • Inspect printed and finished products to ensure they meet customer and company standards
