Inspect and maintain plates, gaskets, and filter cloths; perform cleaning and replacements as needed. Diagnose and resolve issues such as poor cake release, leaks, blinding, and uneven loading. Coordinate sludge feed systems, pumps, and auxiliary equipment for stable operation. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on presses, pumps, and piping.

Track key operational data (cycle times, pressures, solids, chemical usage). Safely handle polymers, coagulants, and other conditioning agents. Manage sludge handling and disposal. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Learn and follow all safety protocols (confined space, lockout/tagout, site requirements) at all times.
Support mobilization/demobilization and keep work areas clean and organized

Accurately maintain and promptly process expenses and timesheets.

Consistently represent Handex in a professional manner while assigned to projects, collaborating effectively with teammates, and maintaining respectful and positive working relationships with the team.
