Job Description:
In coordination with Administrator Dana Cancer Center and Survivor Shop Manager, schedules services for clients for prosthetic fittings, compression garment fittings, and provision of related products and assists clients with product selection according to their emotional, physical and financial needs. Collaborates with other health care professionals to facilitate the best possible outcome related to their diagnosis. The expectation is to navigate the client through the process beginning with their initial diagnosis, options to manage the side effects of surgery, chemotherapy and radiation and to fulfill the client's desire for normalcy. This position ensures compliance with accreditation standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent relevant paid worked experience.
2. Three (3) years' experience in retail operations management preferred.
3. Three (3) years' experience with cancer survivors, programs, with knowledge of cranial prosthetic fittings and products related to cancer survivors.
4. BOC Accredited with Mastectomy Fitter Certification and other industry-related training/program completion preferred.
5. Requires experience with and knowledge of product lines related to cancer survivors, burn survivors, and clients with alopecia.
6. Previous experience with accreditation. Joint Commission preferred.
7. Obtains and maintains CPR certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
Three (3) years' experience in retail operations management preferred.
BOC Accredited with Mastectomy Fitter Certification and other industry-related training/program completion preferred.
