Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • ·Create PMs in CMMS system
  • Coordinate and track Preventative Maintenance for equipment
  • Coordinate and manage repairs to equipment using internal and contracted resources
  • Obtain quotes for repairs
  • Order parts and other items as needed\
  • Schedule repairs
  • Review invoices and attach to asset history
  • Communicate with various departments regarding equipment needs
  • Assist with developing replacement equipment plan
  • Perform audits of equipment
  • Assist in cost reduction efforts for the fleet
  • Utilize various computer software for Purchase order entry, service ticket management, Forklift utilization, etc

Qualifications

  •  Education: High School degree or GED equivalent
  • Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
