Responsibilities:

  • Provide inpatient acute rehab nursing care to patients in a 16-bed unit with a patient ratio of 1:5.
  • Assist with wound care, line insertion, and blood and antibiotic administration.
  • Document patient progress using Meditech 5.6 system.
  • Collaborate with a team to meet patient-centered goals, including hourly rounding and bedside shift reports.
  • Support patient safety through adherence to unit protocols and certifications.
