Previous LTC experience and PCC experience preferred

Position: RN UM (Unit Management)
Location: York, Pennsylvania (17402)
Facility:  Genesis  - Kingston Court Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
Assignment Length: 9 Weeks

  • Shift: 1st Shift,: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week
  • Pay Rate: $70.00/hour
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform utilization review and case management activities
  • Evaluate patient records for medical necessity and appropriate level of care
  • Coordinate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Monitor admissions, continued stays, and discharge planning processes
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and facility guidelines
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
  • Assist with quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance
Requirements
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • Previous Utilization Management, Case Management, MDS, or Care Coordination experience preferred
  • Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required
  • PCC (PointClickCare) experience preferred
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and reimbursement processes preferred.
