Job description

Hudson's Restaurant and Catering looking for a hardworking utility worker to perform general cleaning and maintenance duties at our premises. As a utility worker, you will be responsible for cleaning assigned areas inside and outside of the property, repairing maintenance tools, performing basic landscaping duties, and inspecting utility projects. You will also be required to maintain stock levels and comply with state health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Help kitchen with basic prep
  • Previous experience as a utility worker an advantage but not required
  • Ability to read and interpret written work orders.
  • Knowledge of mechanical equipment.
  • Ability to stand, crouch, and kneel for extended periods.
  • Experience working with dangerous cleaning chemicals.

Hudson's Restaurant and Catering is a family owned and operated restaurant. The owners are brothers, JJ and Kevin Altomare graduated from The Culinary Institute of America and have been creating memorable dishes and experiences together for the past 19 years in Northeast Ohio. We currently offer lunch and dinner 6 days per week, as well as brunch on Saturdays. We also have created pop up bars for Halloween, Christmas and St. Patrick's ! Nightmare Before Blitzen's, Blitzen's and O'Blitzen's. We love creating and sharing special menus, drinks and experiences with our guests!
