Position Overview

As a Utility Specialist, you will ensure the efficient organization, stocking, and replenishment of products in our warehouse. This role involves maintaining a clean and safe workspace, accurately stocking merchandise, and ensuring product availability for our members. Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately stock and replenish products in designated areas following inventory guidelines.
  • Safely operate pallet jacks and other equipment for stocking and inventory organization.
  • Assist with receiving, inspecting, and unpacking incoming deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate stocking.
  • Provide excellent customer service to members and support team operations as needed.
Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in stocking, warehouse operations, or a similar role preferred.
  • 1 year of experience with pallet jacks is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems and RF scanners (preferred).
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to work occasional weekends or flexible shifts as needed.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
