Utility Warehouse is a UK-based multi-utility provider that offers a range of essential household services, including energy (gas and electricity), broadband, mobile, and home insurance. Instead of dealing with separate companies for each service, customers can bundle their utilities through Utility Warehouse and receive a single, consolidated bill. The company operates with a network of independent partners who help customers sign up and manage their services. Utility Warehouse is known for its straightforward pricing and the convenience of handling multiple utilities in one place.

What are the typical responsibilities of a Utility Warehouse customer service representative, and how do they collaborate with other teams?

Familiarity with CRM systems, online sales platforms, and digital marketing tools is highly beneficial. Outstanding interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and resilience help you build relationships and persist through challenges.
