Construction Estimator – Lead Cost Evaluation and Bid Strategy for Premier Commercial and Federal Projects

You will serve as a critical pre-construction leader, driving the accurate financial planning and structural scope coverage for high-stakes commercial and federal builds. This role grants you direct access to executive ownership for continuous support while managing vital regional and national vendor partnerships. You will have the autonomy to shape competitive bid strategies within an established corporation that maintains a supportive, close-knit small business culture.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Analyze complex project drawings and technical specifications to build comprehensive, highly accurate cost estimates.
  • Develop detailed material quantity take-offs, comprehensive labor breakdowns, and exact equipment pricing matrices.
