Location:In-Office (San Diego, CA or Logan, UT).

Hours:Full Time, Monday-Friday.

Established in 2000, Conservice is the nation's foremost utility management company, serving housing communities, commercial buildings, and other property management firms. Our Utility Experts manage our services to help our clients conserve natural resources and save money.

Overview:

This entry level position of utility rate analyst will initially include researching, analyzing, as well as defining the utility rates to be used through rate sheet projects for our portfolio of nationwide clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and update rate sheet projects on a scheduled basis (monthly, bi-monthly, or annual).
  • Support & assist with budget forecast projects and rate audit projects that are also performed within the department.
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams, clients, and utility providers.
