Job description

Watson Civil Construction, Inc. is a heavy/highway contractor working throughout Florida specializing in large site infrastructure, underground, and road work.
We are currently looking for an experience Pipe Foreman to lead a crew in Arcadia.
Without compromising safety, strive to maintain the production schedule. Execute work according to directives received from the Superintendent. Be proficient with heavy machinery. Maintain the quality of work performed and materials delivered. Know and understand the quality control standards required in the plans and specifications. Technical abilities in underground utility construction and strong management skills and the ability to lead and supervise employees. Provide leadership, motivation, and mentoring to your crew. Hold your crew accountable to the compliance, quality, and safety of the project.
FDOT experience preferred.
