This individual would be accountable for the efficient management and supervision of on-site construction operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and in accordance with company policies and project specifications. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate and oversee daily site work activities. All additional responsibilities as required by the role.Qualifications and SkillsProven experience in a foreman or supervisory role in excavation, site work, or related industry.Strong knowledge of construction and on-site construction management principles.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Understanding of GPS and laser-guided layout systems.Understanding of construction software for daily reporting and documentation. Understanding of OSHA workplace safety regulations and best practices. OSHA 30-Hour
