This includes managing all facilities, ensuring system compliance, coordinating with various divisions to optimize system performance, and supporting employee development and safety. The Operations Manager also oversees major construction projects, budgeting, and the integration of innovative programs to continually improve reliability and efficiency. Education
Required
• Bachelor of Science degree in an appropriate engineering field, such as civil, mechanical, or environmental engineering.
Desired
• Training in quality management principles, strategic planning, or leadership development.
