Job description

The Techline Operations Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships by providing exceptional responsiveness to each client’s needs and requests while managing the local staff to ensure client needs are met. Techline Operations Managers have a primary goal of managing the relationship at key accounts while maintaining sound business procedures and policies.


The Operations Manager role is essential to conducting general business operations at Techline and in meeting the needs of its customers. Skillfully exercising independent judgement and discretion is essential to the success of someone in this position.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage customer accounts
  • Serve as the liaison between clients, vendors, and the company
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Relay customer needs to Techline staff
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain positive relationship
  • Negotiate with manufacturer regarding pricing and delivery details

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Minimum of one year sales-based work experience required
  • Electrical utility experience preferred

  • Possess strong written and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
  • Exhibit the ability to negotiate and problem-solve.
