  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.<\/span>

  • Experience within industrial, manufacturing, energy, nuclear, construction, utilities, or related environments.<\/span>

  • Proven success managing multidisciplinary teams and complex operational environments.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and drive operational excellence initiatives.<\/span>

  • Experience managing operational budgets, resources, and performance metrics.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory compliance requirements.<\/span>
